The Quick Start Challenge, Update

Here we go with The Quick Start Challenge Review. If you missed Part Four, you can find it here: http://www.roymillermarketing.com/the-quick-start-challenge-a-review/Part 4.

The Quick Start Challenge, Update…

The four weeks of The Quick Start Challenge went by very quickly. That is probably because of all the work you had to complete for each week. I must say that it was a roller coaster ride of emotions and stress, at least for me. There were a lot of high’s and a lot of low’s. Setting all of that aside, I am glad I did it.

What I Expected…

When I signed up for The Quick Start Challenge, my expectation of the program was that it would be a step-by-step system. In that, I mean, step one, do this, step two, do this, etc. It was nothing like that. We were given a basic premise of the steps, and we had to find out how to do them on our own. At first it really frustrated me. There were many things that I did not know how to do. Fortunately, we had a Facebook Group of members that had a varied amount of knowledge and experience. I did reach out to the group, and I was able to get help.

To be fair, we were told up front that we would be required to get out of our comfort zones. That was so very true! We were also told that some of the assignments would be difficult, and they were, at least for me.

Did I Learn Anything?

Yes, I did. I have studied this stuff for a long time. Most of it I had heard before, but I had not taken any action on it. This did, however; help me with putting all of the pieces together. The main thing this challenge did for me, was to get me to take action.

I Know Why It Was Called A Challenge…

For me, this was a challenge! I did struggle with WordPress, the You Tube video, and the giveaway product download. I was able to get a blog set up. It was, however; very basic and not very professional. It wasn’t very user friendly either. I did get the the You Tube video made, and uploaded to You Tube. That was a whole other adventure. I had help with the download page as well.

It Was Time To Call In A Professional…

After all of that struggle and work, I was not very happy with what I had done. I decided that it was time to get some professional help. I reached out to our Facebook Group, and asked for help in getting my blog organized. One of the members agreed that my blog was a disaster, and agreed to help me. He completely changed my blog for the better. It is now visually better, it is optimized, and it is more user friendly. Many people who saw my original blog, have commented on how much better this one is! When I finished The Quick Start Challenge, my blog was ranked at 18.7 million. Now it is ranked at 1.7 million. This was in less than three weeks!

Do I Recommend The Quick Start Challenge?

Yes, I do. For the small price it cost, in my opinion, it is worth the money. Like everything else you are told in internet marketing, for this to work for you, you will have to take action.

What Is My Main Take Away From This Experience?

You have to do the assignments. You have to take action to complete the assignments. When the challenge is over, you still have to take consistent action. You have to write blog post, you have to comment on other peoples blogs, and you have to comment in forums. You have to get out on social media. You have to establish credibility and your brand.

F – R – E – E…

This is something that I heard a long time ago. In the 1970’s as a matter of fact. Freedom Requires Everyday Effort! So if you want to be free from a job that you probably do not like, you will have to work at this everyday.

To your success,

Roy
